Parties and Licensing
The Terms of Use shall be agreed between you and Live Play Gaming International, a company licensed and regulated by the Government of Curaçao under the gaming licence 390233, Apale Graham J. Kalvarna K/W Seehuis Teeli VI, Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles.
Unless otherwise stated, 'you', 'your', 'user', or 'player' means any person who uses our software and/or the website. Gambling activity carried out via this website is licensed and regulated by the Government of Curaçao under the gaming licence 390233, Apale Graham J. Kalvarna K/W Seehuis Teeli VI, Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles.
1.1 The player’s responsibility is to keep information such as login (email) and password confidential. Jackpot will not be held responsible for any misuse of a player’s credentials, provided that Jackpot has been correctly furnished with the account information requested. Jackpot is entitled to assume that the player is making all orders, payments, and instructions.
1.2 Each player is allowed to open only one user account. Use of more than one account per physical user is known as "multi-accounting," which is strictly prohibited. Should we discover a player with multiple accounts, all affiliated accounts associated with the player will be immediately cancelled, alongside any transactions on the multiple accounts. If Jackpot has reasonable grounds to suspect that the registration of said multiple accounts has been undertaken with the intent of defrauding or cheating, Jackpot may block regular or tournament play and/or prize distribution.
1.2.1 You can only have one user account per household, per address, per computer, and per IP address. If more than one person in your household has an account, you risk any winnings being void and being banned from the online casino. 1.2.2 Jackpot does not allow different account users from the same household and/or family to play on the same bet. In other words, this clause includes different combinations of the same bet. Should a player breach the aforementioned prohibition, Jackpot reserves the right to cancel such bets subject to the rules of cancellation stated herein.
2.1 Funds deposited must be utilised to place bets/stakes in the games, and, in the interest of fair play on our site, it is prohibited to use any recognised betting techniques/patterns. Any suspicious activity or betting irregularities on a player's account may lead Jackpot to freeze the funds and/or even close the account entirely.
2.2 All deposits need to be wagered 1x the deposit amount before a withdrawal can be queued.
2.3 In the event of misuse and/or abuse of promotions and/or any bonus offers from Jackpot, the online casino reserves the right to close, void any winnings, and block the accounts of the client in question until the matter between Jackpot and the client is resolved.
2.4 Deposits to the player account are made by transferring money to the account via the payment methods located on the top right-hand side of the website under the "+" tab upon logging into your account.
2.5 This online casino reserves the right to change the forms of payment that we may accept from time to time.
2.6 You may only use payment methods registered in your own name to make deposits.
2.7 We may limit your deposits on any single day.
2.8 We further reserve the right to accept specific payment methods only subject to fulfilling certain terms and conditions.

2.10 We do not accept any cash funds sent to us.
2.11 By depositing funds, you agree not to initiate any charge-backs, reversals, or otherwise cancel any deposits into your account, and agree to refund and compensate us for unpaid deposits.
2.12 We accept no responsibility for any currency exchange conversions, charges, or fees levied by your card issuer, bank, or financial institution.
2.13 Please be advised that our products are consumed instantly when playing or betting. This means that we cannot provide returns of money, refunds, or cancellation of your service once playing or betting. If you play a game or service with real money, the funds will be drawn from your player account instantly.
2.14 Your user account should not be used as a banking facility/account, and deposits should only be made to use funds to place bets. Your account is not insured, guaranteed, sponsored, or otherwise protected by any banking insurance system, nor shall it earn any interest.
2.15 Should you make repeated deposits and withdrawals without placing commensurate bets, we reserve the right to pass on to your accounts, without prior notice, any bank charges we have incurred before closing the account.
2.16 Payment Descriptors: Your credit or debit card will be billed immediately after deposits. Please contact Customer Support for queries regarding payment descriptors on your statements.
3.1 The user may at any time request a payout from the existing balance of his/her player account in whole or in part, provided that all payments have been confirmed, wagering requirements have been met, and all amounts have been deposited.
3.2 Withdrawal requests are reviewed on weekdays, from Monday 09:00 to Friday 16:00. We
aim to review all withdrawal requests within 24 hours from the moment the user has placed a withdrawal request on their account.
3.3 Players will only be able to withdraw their winnings up to a sum of R25,000 per week. The remaining amount will be placed back into the player's account until such a time that they are eligible for a further withdrawal.
3.4 Please note that verification checks include checks on your identity, age, place of residence, and proof of ownership for any payment methods used (including the source of your funds via bank statements). Jackpot may withhold any withdrawal in instances where you have not complied with any management requests or conditions.
3.5 Should you wish to withdraw some or all of your balance, you may select how much you want to have paid back.
3.6 All withdrawals will be paid back to the same payment method used to make a deposit on the account. The withdrawal methods will become available once a successful deposit is made using that payment method.
3.7 Where your withdrawal method is no longer valid or available (for example, if it has expired), your withdrawal will not be processed, and you will be asked for details of an alternative payment method. We may request further information or documentation from you in this instance.
3.8 If you have requested a withdrawal before 12:00 on a weekday, you will receive your funds on the same day before 23:00, depending on the bank you use. Should you request a withdrawal after 12:00 on a weekday, your funds will clear the next day. Withdrawal requests made after 12:00 on Fridays will reflect on the following Monday.
3.9 The minimum withdrawal is R250. To make a withdrawal, you must have made at least one bet in your lifetime with us and wagered at least once, in full, the deposited amount.
3.10 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the maximum you may withdraw in any week is R25,000.00. VIP players may be eligible for a withdrawal limit increase.
3.11 You may only use payment methods registered in your own name to make withdrawals. It is your responsibility to submit the correct bank account details (where applicable) for payment of withdrawals. Jackpot cannot repay payments made to any other account due to your incorrect account details.
3.12 Funds may be deducted from withdrawals in compliance with and as required by any applicable regulation or law.
3.13 As a responsible gaming operator, the maximum win on any given spin on Jackpot is 500x the bet amount. Any win amount on a single spin exceeding 500x your bet stake will be considered a wagered jackpot and subject to 30x wagering. Any win amount on a single spin exceeding 1000x your bet stake will be subject to 50x wagering. From time to time, Jackpot management may offer players cashouts for wagered jackpots; however, this is not a standard practice and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. A player's principal wallet balance before a wagered jackpot will still be eligible for withdrawal.
3.14 If your last withdrawal has been cancelled and the maximum allowed cash-out amount has been allocated to your Jackpot balance, you will be required to withdraw this value before another withdrawal or a higher value withdrawal can take place.
3.15 If we mistakenly credit your account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical error, error in the pay tables, human error, or otherwise, the amount will remain our property and will be deducted from your account. If you have used any such amount to place wagers, we may cancel them and void any winnings. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you before we become aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us, and we may take steps to recover such an amount. In the event of incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify us immediately by email.
3.16 All transactions shall be checked to prevent money laundering. We shall report any suspicious transactions to the relevant competent authorities in Curaçao and/or the country you are based in. If you become aware of any suspicious activity relating to any of the games or the website, you must report this to us immediately. We may suspend, block, or close an account and withhold funds if requested to do so in accordance with applicable law.
3.17 Enhanced due diligence may be conducted regarding withdrawals of funds not used for wagering.
3.18 Players are allowed to reverse withdrawals up to three times per day. If the third queued withdrawal is reversed, the player will only be able to request up to another three withdrawals the following day.
4. Marketing & Promotions
4.1 Bonus credits can be placed into a player's account as part of a marketing campaign. These credits cannot be withdrawn or paid out; they must be used to place bets in the manner stated in the respective rules of different marketing bonus promotion campaigns.
4.2 Jackpot reserves the right to withhold or otherwise reverse any payout or winning amount, or to amend any website policy if there is reasonable suspicion that a player is abusing or attempting to manipulate any bonuses, marketing promotions, or specific policies and terms determined in respect of existing games or new games.
4.3 Jackpot retains the right to determine absolutely that such abuse has taken place. Additionally, if your online activity in Jackpot alone is not abusive, but your actions across other online casinos in conjunction with our casino constitute an abuse of our bonuses, promotions, policies, or terms, Jackpot reserves the right to act.
4.4 Non-cashable requirements are the deposit and bonus combined into a non-cashable bonus wallet. For example, if you deposit R20 and receive R20 as a bonus (100% bonus), then your non-cashable amount will be R40. However, any winnings from this R40 non-cashable amount will be yours to keep. Please note: Non-cashable bonus requirements may differ per promotion.
4.5 As the required play-through requirements are met, funds are automatically transferred from the player's non-cashable bonus wallet to their cash account. Please note that non-cashable amounts are not eligible to be withdrawn.
4.6 All withdrawable amounts showing in a player's account include the bonus money. Once a withdrawal request has been made, all bonus amounts will be removed from the withdrawable balance before the withdrawal is processed.
4.7 Please note: Players from the following countries are not eligible to receive free bonuses, sign-up bonuses, or become VIP players: Lesotho, Swaziland, Botswana.
4.8 A player may redeem only one (1) bonus at a time.
4.9 Once the bonus has been redeemed and you have made your deposit, your bonus will be automatically added to your account. The bonus will be removed from a player's account once a withdrawal request has been made.
4.10 Please ensure that you read and understand each individual bonus term before using any bonus to avoid misunderstandings. For instance, it is not permitted to redeem our second deposit bonus on your first deposit.
4.11 The bonus will expire within 30 days once it’s in your account. If you have not met the conditions of the bonus within this time frame, any bonus amount and winnings associated with this bonus will be removed from your account.
4.12 From time to time, Jackpot may offer exclusive bonuses allocated to marketing campaigns that will not be available on the site, but through the campaign only.
4.13 Utilisation of a bonus when making a deposit shall be deemed to represent acceptance of all terms and conditions associated with the promotional bonus stated above. Players must not use a bonus when depositing and should not do so without a complete understanding of these terms and conditions.
4.14 Any free money given without requiring a deposit, e.g., a non-deposit bonus, loyalty bonus, comp points, VIP bonus, competition/tournament prizes, compensation bonus, inconvenience bonus, birthday bonus, etc. (unless otherwise stated), will have a maximum cash-out of R1,000 or ten times the bonus amount. The minimum initial bonus is non-cashable, and minimum cash-in requirements apply.
4.15 For security reasons, any winnings from a free bonus or winnings from a free tournament will only be cashed out after making a minimum deposit of R500 into the player account.
4.16 Note: All bonuses immediately exclude progressive games.
4.17 If a player claims a bonus of 10% or more of their deposit, the maximum withdrawal amount will be five times the deposit amount associated with the bonus credited. The remainder of the requested withdrawal will be voided. The casino management holds the right to exercise this clause as deemed appropriate.
4.18 Players must open a new, real casino account at Jackpot Casino, claim the bonus (using the assigned bonus code) within the cashier, and have been referred by our specific marketing partners that have been authorised and pre-approved to offer this exclusive bonus.
4.19 The promotion free money amount is a maximum of R100 free, with no deposit required. This amount cannot be increased or reallocated during the promotion. The maximum amount that a player can withdraw from this bonus is R200. Any additional funds will automatically be removed.
4.20 You will be required to complete the free bonus promotion requirements as per the terms and conditions of Jackpot before being able to make a withdrawal.
4.21 This bonus can only be claimed once by a player, individual, or household. Any players found opening multiple accounts to claim this bonus will have their accounts frozen, and any funds confiscated.
4.22 100% deposit bonuses are for slot games only. No live games will apply to any non-cashable amounts used.
5.1 The player is at least 18 years of age or has reached the legal age of maturity in his/her jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Jackpot Casino's operation of live and virtual casino gambling is directed only towards players who, by the laws of their home jurisdiction, are not prohibited from gambling on the internet through the software's application. participation in the game, or,
acceptance of any prize.
5.4 Players shall periodically review these Terms and Conditions posted on this website at least once monthly.
5.5 The player shall not participate in the games, open, use, or reuse an account, enter the website or the casino, nor accept any prize if the player does not fully understand, agree to, become a party to, and abide by all rules, regulations, terms, and conditions contained herein. These laws, rules, terms, and conditions may change periodically.
5.6 The player is obliged to keep his/her personal username and password secret and confidential. Any use of the software application through the player’s username is the player’s sole responsibility.
5.7 The player will not allow any third party or person, including but not limited to minors, to use his/her account to place wagers or participate in the games in any way. The player is fully responsible for any taxes and fees applicable to winnings resulting from the software’s use.
5.8 If winnings are taxable in the player’s jurisdiction, the player is required to keep track of and report the winnings to the appropriate authorities. The personal identity and details of all members will remain confidential. Jackpot Casino will not report wagering information on behalf of any member.
5.9 Jackpot Casino reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time without notice. Any balance in your account will be immediately credited back to your credit card or sent to you by cheque, unless your withdrawals exceed your deposits. In such cases, the player will not receive their deposits back. Jackpot Casino also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to void any winnings and withhold any balance in a Jackpot Casino account under the following circumstances:
If the name on the Jackpot Casino account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to deposit money into the account.

The name on the casino account does not match the beneficial owner of the financial instrument used to make the deposit or withdrawal.
If your financial information, personal information, or gaming modus operandi is similar to known fraudsters or deemed high risk or abusive by our security team.
If you do not play any games on your Jackpot Casino account for a period of 30 days, meaning no player activity. In this case, your account will be deactivated, and any balance will be forfeited to the company.
If you provide false or misleading information when opening a Jackpot Casino account.
5.10 By accepting any winnings or prizes from Jackpot Casino, players consent to the use of their name and photograph for advertising and promotional purposes without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
6.1 Jackpot online casino reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions and rules for the Loyalty Rewards Programme at any time; for example, changing the parameters for the calculation of points. If Jackpot suspects that a user is engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities when using the Rewards and VIP Loyalty Rewards Programme, or is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, Jackpot may freeze or terminate your account at its absolute discretion.
6.2 Once you have registered, you will automatically become a member of the Jackpot Loyalty Rewards and VIP Members' Club. 6.3 If a VIP player has reached the Black Tier and their withdrawals are higher than their deposits and/or their balance and withdrawals are equal to or higher than their deposits, their loyalty status will be temporarily disabled.
We provide users with a prompt email facility to communicate with our Customer Support Team. We may review and record all such content on our support facility. We reserve the right to remove or amend this communication facility at our sole discretion.
8.1 Free spins are not real money. Free spins are considered a bonus, and winnings are non-cashable. However, any amount won from the free spins non-cashable balance will be eligible to be withdrawn. Please note that all winnings from free spins are capped at 3x the free spin amount. Jackpot's management team reserves the right to decide how and to which accounts these standards are enforced.
8.2 The money won from free spins will be credited to your bonus balance and is subject to our standard terms and conditions, bonus terms, and non-cashable requirements.
8.3 Non-cashable requirements on bonuses will differ depending on the promotion.
8.4 When a balance exists in a player's bonus balance, funds in the main user account will be used before using bonus money.
8.5 If a player has a bonus balance and places a bet that exceeds the available cash balance, the bonus balance will be used to make up the difference, and any winnings gained will be added to the bonus balance and subject to the active bonus wagering requirements.
8.6 Bonus money or free spins can only be received once per account/person/household/IP address during a promotional period unless otherwise stated.
8.7 To request a withdrawal, players can only cash out from their main wallet and not their bonus wallet, as the bonus is considered non-cashable unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
8.8 The bonuses we offer have a limited validity period of 7 days unless otherwise specified in the bonus rules. A customer must meet the playthrough requirements before the bonus's expiration date; otherwise, the bonus, or a combination of the bonus along with any winnings sourced from it, will be removed from the player's account once the bonus expires.
8.9 Reversed withdrawals are not considered deposits and will not be matched with a bonus.
8.10 Wagering on all games at our casino contributes towards the wagering requirement, but certain games contribute more significantly than others.
8.11 After being awarded a deposit bonus or free spins, a user's bonus wallet will reflect their bonus balance, which is non-cashable. Any amount won from this non-cashable balance is eligible to be withdrawn, subject to a 5x cap, and is only applied to certain player accounts.
8.12 You may also "opt out" of your bonus wallet, primarily because live games are not allowed to be played with a bonus wallet. Therefore, to play live games, a user needs to opt out of any bonus wallet amounts.
8.13 Bonus money amounts cannot be withdrawn as cash. A player cannot withdraw any winnings from a bonus balance until all the requirements for the bonus, including applicable caps on bonus money payouts, have been met.
8.14 No wagering is ever applicable to any free spins or deposit bonuses on Jackpot.
8.15 If we believe that a customer was not included in a particular bonus promotion, the bonuses will not be awarded, and no subsequent payouts will be honoured. We reserve the right to deny participation in a promotion without further explanation.
8.16 Jackpot may, at its sole discretion, change the terms and conditions or limit the eligibility of players to participate in any promotion for any reason whatsoever without prior notice to the end-users.
8.17 Bonuses offered by our casino are intended for genuine recreational players only. Abuse of any bonus offer will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to investigate, cancel, suspend, or lock any account if bonus abuse is suspected. At our discretion, all bonuses and subsequent gaming activity may be revoked and voided, and deposits returned.
8.18 Should Jackpot suspect that a player has committed bonus abuse, either on their own or in association with partners, our online casino reserves the right to forfeit the bonus and void any winnings.
8.19 The maximum cash-out from a free spins coupon (with a minimum R100 deposit before claiming a coupon) is limited to 3x the amount of the bonus. For example, from R100 worth of free spins or a deposit bonus coupon, the maximum cash-out is R300. Any amount above this will not be cashable and will be voided from the account.
8.20 Players cannot redeem multiple free spins coupons consecutively. If you have redeemed one free spins coupon and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to redeem the second free spins coupon.
8.21 Players who have not made a real money deposit do not qualify for a withdrawal. Their casino average account balance is not withdrawable and will be voided from the account.
8.22 Any free chips coupon can be redeemed once per player/household. Should a player have multiple accounts and redeem a coupon, all funds and/or winnings will be voided.
You further agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold us and our officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and suppliers harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of this Agreement by you, and any other liabilities arising from your use of the Online Casino or the Software.
You will not break into, access, attempt to break into, or otherwise bypass our security. If we suspect that you have attempted or are trying to break into, access, or bypass our security or the software, we will be entitled to terminate your access to Jackpot Casino immediately and/or have your account blocked. We reserve the right to inform the relevant authorities.
10.1 You acknowledge that our random number generator will determine the outcome of the games played on Jackpot Casino, and you accept the consequences of all such games. You further agree that in the unlikely event of a disagreement between the result that appears on the software and the game server, the result that appears on the game server will prevail. You acknowledge and agree that our records will be the final authority in determining the terms and circumstances of your participation in the online casino gaming activity.
10.2 You will not commit any acts or display any conduct that damages our reputation, our software provider, or other related service providers.
Jackpot Casino is restricted to individuals who are over the age of legal majority and are residents of jurisdictions ("Players") where the use of Jackpot Casino and its games ("Games") is not prohibited by law. All Jackpot Casino games are void where prohibited by law. Minors are strictly forbidden from playing. No purchase is necessary to play.
Jackpot Casino grants the player a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable sub-license to use the software for playing in the casino.
Jackpot Casino uses advanced encryption systems to protect the username, password information, and any other sensitive information transferred to and from the client application and Jackpot Casino servers, thus protecting the player and the casino against manipulation attempts by third parties.
13. Arbitrator/Arbitration
13.1 Jackpot Casino will act as the final arbitrator in any dispute involving Jackpot Casino and any other party. Jackpot Casino reserves the right to employ an arbitrator of its choice to act as an agent of arbitration in place of Jackpot Casino in the event of a dispute, as regulated by the Government of Curaçao.
13.2 All disputes must be forwarded to Jackpot Casino by email within one (1) hour of the disputed event. Jackpot Casino will respond to all customers within 2 business days. In the case of a dispute, all decisions made by the casino will be final.
13.3 Should any slot game be interrupted and/or disconnected, the situation at the point of interruption and the results from the previous game will be displayed when the player starts the game again. If the player becomes disconnected from Jackpot's Live Table Games server mid-game, the bet will be forfeited, and the player's last bet will not be refunded due to the live nature of our live casino, which is situated in Latvia.
13.4 Jackpot Casino makes every effort to ensure its customers' full protection. However, certain unforeseen events are beyond the control of Jackpot Casino. In the event of a disconnection for any reason whatsoever between the player and the casino, Jackpot Casino shall not be held liable for any losses that may result. The balance of a player's account shall at all times be as recorded on the Jackpot Casino server.
14.1 Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interest of fair gaming, equal, zero, or low margin bets, or hedge betting, shall all be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. Other examples of irregular gameplay include, but are not limited to, placing single bets equal to or over 30% or more of the value of the bonus credited to your account until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met. Should the casino deem that irregular gameplay has occurred, the casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.
14.2 In addition to the above, when processing withdrawals, if the player's accumulated deposits do not exceed R5,000, the player is only entitled to a maximum of 10x this amount in a withdrawal request (based on winnings). Example: accumulated deposits R200, winnings R2,500, withdrawal request R2,500 – sufficient payment is R2,000, and R500 is reduced from the player's balance. Please note that we reserve the right to pay your withdrawal using the payment method most convenient for the casino.
14.3 Jackpot Casino will use its reasonable endeavours to release players' funds using their preferred method. However, where necessary to comply with local laws and regulations, and to ensure the security of both parties, Jackpot Casino reserves the right to release a player's winnings using the most appropriate payment method, as determined at Jackpot Casino's absolute discretion.
14.4 Before making your first withdrawal of any amount at the casino, a KYC (Know Your Customer) and Authorisation Form must be correctly printed, clearly filled out, scanned, and emailed back to Jackpot Casino before any monies will be sent.
14.5 All cash-ins will be subject to audit and necessary KYC verification before being processed. You are required to provide a copy of your proof of identity, address, credit card copies, a signed approval of purchase history, and/or other appropriate documentation when withdrawing credits. Your proof of identity must exactly match your registered name and surname.
14.6 Any deposit made into your casino account is an indication of your intention to wager at the casino. Failing to do so will result in all deposit credits being withheld for further investigation. Under such circumstances, Jackpot Casino reserves the right to remove processing fees without prior player notification.
14.7 Making deposits and then cashing in without wagering is not permitted. The casino has the discretion to disallow such cash-ins, and the casino’s decision is final.
14.8 Jackpot Casino reserves the right to request an Authorisation Form at any time. The casino may terminate any account that does not satisfactorily complete and/or return the Authorisation Form within a reasonable period, as determined by Jackpot Casino. In such cases, Jackpot Casino will unilaterally determine the resolution of any funds in the account.
14.9 Players must provide a copy of their proof of identity, address, credit card copies, and/or other appropriate documentation when withdrawing credits. Proof of identity must match the registered name and surname. If a player fails to provide this within 7 days of the request, the account may be locked, and winnings and/or cash-ins voided. In cases of fraudulent documentation, the account will be locked, and all winnings and/or cash-ins voided.
14.10 A mandatory waiting period of 24 hours is required before the processing of any winnings. During this period, the player may cancel their winnings. All cash-ins will be subject to audit before being processed. Withdrawals are paid in installments of up to R25,000, depending on the player class, and this process can take 5-10 business days. You will be notified by email when your winnings are sent. Withdrawals and changes to payment instructions are subject to clearance by the Security Department. Jackpot Casino reserves the right to pay out higher winnings over several weeks.
14.11 When a bonus is redeemed, wagering on restricted games is prohibited. Doing so will void any winnings. Jackpot Casino reserves the right to withhold any amount over the player's original deposit from a player's withdrawal if the play bonus is wagered on restricted games. Different bonuses have different restricted games, and it is the player's responsibility to review the specific terms and conditions of each bonus for the restricted games list.
14.12 Jackpot Casino reserves the right to refuse or rescind a play bonus for any reason, including but not limited to player abuse. In the case of misuse, Jackpot Casino reserves the right to discontinue the player's membership and prevent the player from accessing Jackpot Casino in the future.
14.13 Bonuses are credited on deposits only. Reversed withdrawals are not considered deposits and will not be matched with a bonus.
14.14 If any of a player's real money deposits to the casino are reversed due to insufficient funds, charge-backs, or any other reason, irrespective of the payment method, the casino withholds the right to cancel any bonuses, credits, winnings, or withdrawals. Play bonuses will only be awarded once per household and/or per account, as per our terms of use. If a second account is opened, it will be closed, and all play bonuses, deposits, and winnings may be cancelled.
14.15 The player is fully aware that their credit card will be billed immediately after deposit/purchase. All bonus credits are for wagering purposes only (no withdrawal will be honoured for an amount less than the bonus). Upon a withdrawal request, regardless of the number of deposits, any amount up to the equivalent value of the play bonus will be deducted from your play balance or winnings before settlement. The first credits wagered will be deducted from your deposit(s) rather than from the play bonus.
14.16 You agree that we, or a payment processing company on our behalf, will handle all financial account transactions ("Payment Processor"). You agree that the Payment Processor reserves the right to withhold any payments if they suspect that you may be engaging in, or have engaged in, fraudulent, collusive, unlawful, or improper activity.
14.17 You agree to fully pay any and all payments due to us or any third party in connection with your use of the online casino. You further agree not to make any charge-backs, or renounce, cancel, or otherwise reverse any of your due payments. In such events, you will refund and compensate us for such unpaid fees, including any expenses incurred by us in the process of collecting your payment.

16. Closing Your Account

16.2 We reserve the right to close your account at any time for any reason. If we terminate your account for any reason, the following provisions shall apply:
16.3 Upon termination of your account, you agree and acknowledge that your rights to use the website shall immediately terminate, and you will remove any software provided to you or downloaded from the website.
16.4 We do not close accounts because anyone can sign up for a new account within a minute, and as we do not verify phone numbers or emails, it is easy for anyone to launch a new account.
17. Fraud
17.1 We reserve the right to seek criminal and contractual sanctions against you if you are involved in fraud, dishonesty, or illegal acts. We will make any necessary reports to the authorities.
17.2 We reserve the right to withhold payment to you if you are suspected of engaging in fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal activities.
17.3 You shall indemnify us and shall be liable to pay us, on demand, all costs, charges, or losses sustained or incurred by us (including any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, loss of profit, and loss of reputation) arising directly or indirectly from your fraud, dishonesty, or criminal actions.
18.1 Any escalation of a customer inquiry to the Complaints Team will be classified as a "Complaint." Please note that any calls to our Customer Support Team or our managers/supervisors may be monitored or recorded for training and quality management purposes to assist us in the quick and effective resolution of customer queries.
18.2 Please note that only complaints raised following the Procedure outlined below will be responded to and dealt with accordingly. Any complaints or issues raised via third-party platforms (e.g., social media, chat rooms, etc.) will not be accepted, and you will be advised to follow our Procedure. We will not tolerate any aggressive, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or offensive language or behaviour towards our staff members.
